While at it perhaps it is also worth bikeshedding `scrollOffsets` name a bit more. I think we should not include `scroll` in the name `ScrollTimeline.scrollOffset` does not read that well. Also we should not include offsets if we every plan to introduce offsets similar to Keyframes.
