Regarding separate accent foreground and background colors, are there existing form control designs where the two colors can be independently chosen? Or is it just that the accent foreground color is chosen automatically based on the background? For example, on macOS you can select the accent background color from a specified set of colors, but the foreground color is chosen automatically (it's white, unless the highlight color is "Graphite" then it's black).
