Yeah, I also don't understand what the value is in maintaining sections of CSS2 that have been replaced or impacted by later modules. We should be *decreasing* our maintenance burden by removing sections as it becomes possible, not increasing it.

@fantasai, can you explain why you think it's valuable to keep those obsolete portions of CSS2 around?
