Ditto @fantasai thanks for clarifying -- we (chrome) will ship `from-image` (initial) and `none` values only.

@smfr  I have no compelling use-case for overriding an image's orientation at this time, so perhaps no need for the `<angle>` and `<flip>` variants, now we've decided to  default to `from-image`.
