The effort of maintaining this sounds crazy for all you lovely people who actually do this work ( so far I havent contributed ). What if we just made a list of when each functionality was released? I've made an _extremely crude and poorly researched_ example of what that could look like here: https://cssiv.net/ I've called it CSS IV to mean CSS Inferred Versions. We can infer a versioning, without putting lots of people volunteering time to "waste". That's if it is to be purely for people to use CSS4 / CSS2020 as a marketing tool. I see @jensimmons has set out a [proposal for a group for CSS4](https://www.w3.org/community/blog/2020/02/20/proposed-group-css4-community-group/#comments).
