Itʼs probably impossible to imagine realistic use cases for every color component combination, but finding a single one would already mean, that the identifiers needed to be unique across functional notations, in my humble opinion. Would it be conceivable, for instance, that someone wanted to use CMYK `key` as HWB `black` or its `cyan`, `magenta` and `yellow` components as RGB channels? Would someone want to transplant an sRGB HSL hue or lightness into CIELab LCH?
