Happy to see this resolved. I believe @george-steel is planning to take on the spec editing work, with guidance from myself. @birtles - there was a request in the CSSWG sync to make sure you are on board with the plan in https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/4301#issuecomment-539720690 - can you explicitly ACK it (assuming you do agree!)?
