Also, the spec update is incomplete.

https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/commit/3f8e4e8924935639f2f6935c496dd0c2300fc1ac changes the "Percentages" entry of the text-indent property, but a bit further down, it still says:

> ```<percentage>```
> Gives the amount of the indent as a percentage of the containing block’s logical width.
