WebIDL now defines that interfaces include the Exposed extended attribute even in the case where it is only exposed to Window.

The following interfaces previously omitted the Exposed extended attribute:

NamedFlow, NamedFlowMap,
CSSPseudoElement, CSSPseudoElementList,
CSSKeyframeEffectReadOnly,
TransitionEvent
