Found the problem. `.hgignore` ignores all files matching `*/Overview.html` (which [ripgrep](https://github.com/BurntSushi/ripgrep) uses by default). I had to tell `rg` to not honor ignore files before it could search through `Overview.html`. Thanks for the information.
