[csswg-drafts] [css-align] palce-self should not accept <overflow-position> keyword

javifernandez has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts:

== [css-align] palce-self should not accept <overflow-position> keyword ==
We have agreed in issue #1446 that the alignment shorthands don't accept complex values, including <overflow-position> keywords.

However,  the current place-self syntax allows such complex values:
