I believe WebKit centers the vertical range from the tallest ascender 
to the lowest descender within the line-height. I also believe that 
when WebKit calculates the tallest ascender and the lowest descended, 
it includes the ascent/descent of the "default font" regardless of 
whether it's used or not.
