@aaaxx That would definitely be a better solution, because it would 
also address the ability to specify fallback tweaks for individual 
fallback fonts (i.e. 'these styles for Arial, these other styles for 
Droid Sans', etc)

Then if it's wrapped in `@supports` for both `@font-stack` and 
`font-display` then you could safely scope all of the CSS for the most
 predictable results.
