And once again, I'll reference the fact that in the Pointer Events spec https://w3c.github.io/pointerevents/ we make no assertion about any kind of input being primary or not. Additionally, this aspect of multi-input (and ensuring that sites/apps don't make any sort of value judgements about what is *primary* and what is *nice to have*) is also something that we're currently working towards enshrining in the upcoming WCAG 2.1.
