I was considering the idea of allowing font-weight and font-size to 
take a new value which would represent a normalized weight / size. 
Given that we're only concerned about preinstalled fonts here, the UA 
would likely have the information required to perform such a 
normalization. This would be much simpler than introducing a new 
at-rule.
