I don't think many of these units would serve a practical purpose in CSS. How often do you have a layout with dimensions most conveniently expressed in yards? Completeness for completeness' sake is not something we should pursue. Units that expose new capabilities (e.g. `vh` or `lh` or `ic`) are useful. Units that are a fixed ratio of existing units, but are a natural and often desired way to express common layouts are useful as well (e.g. `in`).
