This week, I'd like to put off the other signals a little and dig into possible credibility signals for building a reputation graph which could help combat misinformation, specifically about COVID-19. There's a straw proposal <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1wD71FRI3LXCUVbS2ZFxyZXcj8ZqWMJR92cM5otsO-KE/edit#)> linked from the agenda <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1wD71FRI3LXCUVbS2ZFxyZXcj8ZqWMJR92cM5otsO-KE/edit#>. Two example statements from that proposal: * The person who posts at URL [ https://twitter.com/Craig_A_Spencer] is a professional [ Emergency Room Doctor ] according to the page at URL [ https://www.mailman.columbia.edu/people/our-faculty/cs2941] which I find credible. * The person who posts at URL [ https://twitter.com/NAChristakis] is a good source of information about covid-19. Usual time, 24 hours from now, 25 March 2020 2pm ET <https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?msg=CredWeb&iso=20200325T14&p1=43&ah=1>and usual place https://zoom.us/j/706868147. Icebreaker question will be: what's your percentage increase in zoom calls this week compared to a month ago? -- Sandro
