New CredWeb Scheduling poll

Let's do a new scheduling poll, since schedules and participants may 
have shifted:

Please fill it out for your *typical week* not the random week in June I 
picked for the poll. If you log in to Doodle, you'll be able to edit 
your entry later. Also, make sure it's guessed the right time zone for you.

We're planning to be**actually making*group decisions* about signal 
definitions, starting as soon as next week, so attendance may be more 
important than it's been recently. On the other hand, we'll have ways to 
participate/vote without attending meetings, so attendance will not be 
entirely necessary to have a voice. But it's usually much quicker to 
sort out issues during a meeting, so please do try to attend if you care 
about signal definitions. (More details on what that means, coming soon.)
