I believe we've addressed all outstanding comments on the draft, and I think this is a good time to circulate it among a wider audience, as a Public Review Draft (aka First Public Working Draft, aka Draft Community Group Report). If all goes well, we can get a final report out before the end of the year. I made a web form where you can vote on whether you're okay with publication, which implies some level of endorsement by the group collectively: https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/103073/report/ Please vote soon, and by Oct 8 if at all possible. If you really need more time, please let me know. The form follows the usual W3C publication AC vote style, where you can support/not support/formally object, with or without changes. Of course, you should probably read the draft first! https://credweb.org/report/ If there are substantive changes going forward, I'll make a change log and send another email or two. Thanks to everyone for all the great work that went into this. -- Sandro
