New DID Method Registration: did:sns (Solana Name Service)

Hi all,

My name is Eduardo Chongkan, Co-Founder & Lead Architect @ Attestto. Using
my personal email because this is the address I used to register to the
list years ago.

We've submitted a DID method registration for did:sns, name-anchored DIDs
on Solana Name Service with issuer-signed attestations via SAS (Solana
Attestation Service)

*Note*:  Unlike ENS-based approaches where name resolution remains tied to
Ethereum's account model, did:sns provides a W3C-conformant DID method with
full CRUD operations, issuer-signed attestations via SAS, and identity that
persists across key rotations and wallet migrations, all native to Solana.
