Poll: Capability Based Storage Task Force twice-a-month meeting time

Hi all,
Help us pick a time slot for the twice-a-month (on the first and third
weeks of each month) sync call for the Capability Based Storage Task Force
of the CCG, which will be working on zCaps (Capability Authorizations),
EDVs (Encrypted Data Vaults), and Wallet-Attached Storage (soon to be
renamed to Web Spaces API).
