Manu, my own take is that the depth on this summary hit the “Goldilocks mean” — just right.

Isn’t it funny what it takes to flip that last 5%. Sometime I feel like the whole decentralized identity market is at the same point...

We've had this capability with Jitsi for over two years now, I just
never found the time to flip the switch and turn it on. It just sat
there, 95% complete. :P

It was one of those "if only I could find a few hours" things, and
this shift over to Google Meet is the thing that finally achieved the
activation energy needed to get the final 5% done and flip the switch.

The summaries (preceding the transcription) are a few well placed
prompts to Google Gemini and having it re-read the transcript for
specific things we wanted out of it (topics covered and key points).
It's a bit verbose right now and I'm trying to figure out if cutting
it down to half the size would help, or if it's okay that it's about a
page or so in length? We have the ability to fine tune it further.

Thanks for the feedback, it's super helpful. If there are other things
that might be good to summarize... or shorter length... or keep it the
same length... any feedback would be helpful as we fine tune the new
system.
