[AGENDA] CCG Incubation and Promotion

Hi all, NOTE: We have a new meeting URL for the call, please make sure you  
update your calendars accordingly. The CCG Incubation and Promotion call  
today will cover organizing which specs are most mature to least mature and  
prioritizing the hand-off of the most mature specs to VCWG (and the work  
that needs to be done on them to move that work forward). Once we have that  
list established, we'll start finalizing the specs for hand-off, including  
issue and PR processing that will get each spec to where it needs to be for  
the group to feel comfortable with the hand-off.

The purpose of this meeting is to determine which work items we want to  
promote from CCG incubation, including things within each work item that  
need to be wrapped up before promotion to standards track at the W3C.  
Discussions are expected to include work such as Render Method, Confidence  
Method, Verifiable Credential Barcodes, the VC API, did:key, did:web, and  
any other technologies that the incubating groups feel should be discussed  
for promotion.
