Hey folks, sorry for the spam. I changed over to Google Meet for the
VC API and Data Integrity calls, but that seems to have triggered some
sort of "event synched" email blast from Google Calendar that
retroactively applied changes to two years of past meetings (even
though I specifically clicked the button to only apply to future
meetings to avoid that sort of email explosion).

I'm hoping Google Calendar has completed its update at this point.
