Announcing the Adoption Two CCG Work Items

Hey all,

I am pleased to announce the CCG will be adopting the following two work
items:

- Verifiable Credentials Over Wireless -
https://github.com/w3c-ccg/community/issues/251
- Cryptographic Event Logs - https://github.com/w3c-ccg/community/issues/252

I know some concerns were raised around duplicate work. After speaking with
the owners of these work items the chairs feel there is sufficient
distinction between them and hope to see an analysis of the different
approaches to being undertaken by various communities.

The CCG is a space for incubation and playful experimentation. It is a way
to engage with the wider community with your ideas and seek feedback and
refinement. Adopting a CCG work item is the start of that process.

We look forward to seeing how these two work items progress within the CCG.
If you have concerns or would like to see improvements I encourage you to
participate in shaping these work items.
