IMO, conversion from HTML (or any other markup language) should only be necessary in rare cases, The vast majority of options can be done natively on existing PDF “templates”. Ok, let's deep dive into that discussion during the call. We want to make sure we're doing "best practice" for PDFs. I know others feel that HTML -> PDF rendering is the way to go, but of course, no without its downsides (like the requirement for a full blown HTML rendering engine, networking, and Javascript environment).
