[AGENDA] 2025-04-18 W3C Data Integrity Meeting

The agenda for the Data Integrity Meeting today will cover work that Ying  
Tong is doing on ZK-SNARKs and Data Integrity, updates to the BBS pseudonym  
use case, and any progress on the post-quantum signatures PRs. We will also  
cover the result of the W3C votes on Data Integrity, anything of relevance  
from IIW 40, and anything else the community wants to cover that is  
relevant to Data Integrity.
