Information flow works both ways, maybe they don’t know what other people are up to. A ITU-T TR is a snapshot of what the industry is doing it does not set direction/architecture/etc. So this is an information gathering effort. The scope is set by the proposer and the WG. Based on the attached document it does not seem so. Does anyone have any insight into this? - Kaliya
