Thanks for the link, Kaliya, your efforts to keep open lines of communications between all of the identity communities are very much appreciated. :) I read through the document and all of it was new to me. I haven't heard of anyone from ITU reaching out to W3C (CCG, VCWG, DC API, etc.) on the matter. The technical solution described in the document feels a bit vague as well.
