RE: Decentralized identity leaders partner to accelerate DID method standardization

This is great to hear!

Even better to see the proactive and joint leadership demonstrated by W3C, DIF and ToIP who, as noted in the blog post, have been “… instrumental to the growth and success of DIDs”.

Looking forward to learning more, contributing our use cases for DIDs to the relevant workstreams, and hopefully leveraging the results of the work.

Best Regards,

Anil

Decentralized Identity Foundation (DIF), Trust Over IP (ToIP) Foundation, W3C Credentials Community Group (W3C CCG), W3C Decentralized Identifier Working Group (W3C DID WG), and other leading organizations have been instrumental to the growth and success of DIDs. The leaders of these organizations are committed to continued standardization enabling robust DID-based ecosystems and have partnered to accelerate this work.

The leaders of DIF, ToIP, W3C CCG, W3C DID WG, and other key organizations have jointly developed a Letter of Intent outlining our plans to collaborate on DID method standardization.
