Hi Andrea, yes, Digital Bazaar is very interested in supporting Dyne's efforts in this space... as you already know. :) We would be happy to co-author an experimental W3C Data Integrity cryptography suite specification that covers Dilithium to start (with interest in Falcon and some other NIST PQ finalists)... and, of course, do an independent implementation of that specification alongside Dyne's work.
