Verifiable Credentials v2.0 is now a W3C Candidate Recommendation

Good news, the Verifiable Credentials v2.0 specification is now a W3C
Candidate Recommendation. This means that we are actively seeking
implementations of the specification; see the W3C Announcement for
more information:
