Who are we and where we come from?

Besides being a paraphrase of an interesting book title, it's a reminder that the journey we're on started 40 years ago with Ray Ozzie incorporating Iris Associates and 5 years later launching Lotus Notes, the first commercial software product to bring PKI to the desktop.
