I got the date wrong... the VC API Work Item meeting is on March 28th
(today). Regular day, regular time (3pm ET).

I forget if Europe has switched over yet or not, nor what's happening
in Lebanon w/ daylight savings -- yes, really -- so, please check to
make sure the non-US times are right as well.
