Thanks Nick, no, I have not set this up yet due to not having enough
spare cycles. I expect one would need to write a script of some sort
to pull the meetings down from the server and upload them to YouTube.
It feels like a weekend project, but one that I don't have the
bandwidth to do right now. This script would, ideally, run on a
nightly basis to upload the meeting video.

There was no resistance to the idea that I could tell, other than
folks wanting us to use more open/decentralized platforms other than
YouTube.

Yes, agreed. You can access the video for every meeting using a URL
like the following:

https://meet.w3c-ccg.org/archives/w3c-ccg-vcapi-2023-06-27.mp4
