[NEW WORK ITEM] Verifiable Credentials v2.0 Test Suite

Hey Credentials CGers (bcc: VCWGers),

With a huge thanks to Charles Lehner for kicking off the work, a new
Credentials CG work item has been proposed for the Verifiable
Credentials v2.0 test suite:

https://github.com/w3c-ccg/community/issues/241

As many of you know, ensuring that every MUST statement in the
Verifiable Credentials v2.0 test suite is 1) implementable, and 2) has
been implemented by more than one implementer is one metric that is
used to determine if the W3C Membership will ratify the specification
as a global standard.

It is usually a good idea to have this test suite in place before we
enter the "Candidate Recommendation" phase at W3C, which is where the
VC Working Group requests that implementers start implementing against
the specification. We are expecting to hit that phase at some point
during the summer of 2023, so this is us getting our ducks in a row to
make sure that transition is a smooth one.

CCG and VCWG Chairs, this is a request to have 2-3 minutes to
socialize this new work item proposal on the CCG call today, and the
VCWG call tomorrow.
