VC-EDU Calls Calendar & Open Agendas Announcement

Hello all,
 
We typically meet on Mondays at 8am PDT / 11am EDT / 4pm BST / 5pm CEST.  This page contains our meeting time info as well as links to published minutes & recordings:

We just updated the link to the calendar to go to a public Google calendar that we’ve set up for the community:

You will see that on every Monday the calendar displays when the meeting is, meeting place info (jitsi link), and who is hosting. If the meeting has been canceled (could be because of a holiday, or availability of co-chairs, etc.), the calendar should indicate that too. The host for each week is one of the co-chairs and that person sets the agenda and publishes the minutes afterwards. If you have agenda ideas, please contact the hosts and we will work that out with you.
 
Something new we are trying is “Open Agendas”. Once a month, we’ll host a call where anyone can bring their topics, questions, presentations etc. This is indicated on the calendar too. We’re going try this out this coming Monday so if there’s something that’s been on your mind, have questions, or you’re working on something that you want to talk about, please bring it with you to this call.
