VC Test Suite updates!

Hi all!

Our team at Digital Bazaar has spent the last couple months catching up the
test suites with their related specifications. We feel they’re now ready
for further use by more implementers!

Below is a list of the test suites and their reports. You may find some of
the tests against some implementations are failing. These should all be
related to shifts or additions in the specifications. However, if, as you
test, you feel you find an issue with the test suites, please file issues
as we’ll be continuing to improve these suites to stay in sync with their
specifications.

If you’ve not yet joined the implementers list, please start by adding your
implementation in this repo:

We’ll be hunting down a few other test suites and getting them added to
this list early next year.

Also, as we enter the new year, we are setting up a Test Suite “Office
Hours” for anyone who’d like to work together on confirming that their
implementation works with any of these test suites.
