VC WG

Hi all,

I am wondering what the best way for me to join the VC Working Group is. My
organization (currently a solo shop) is not a W3C member so I am guessing
that Aviary Tech must join as a member?

Just thought I would check if anyone has any other ideas before forking
over the $$$. Maybe there is a cheaper alternative for an individual
contributor?
