Hi CCG, In the spirit of collaboration I am sharing an upcoming session we are having at the DIF interoperability discussion group. At IIW there were 3 people from AAMVA the organization, an implementor David Kelts and one of the main mDL spec writers - Andrew Hughes were there. The AAMVA people agreed in a session about wallets and interop that they did not want to see Apple and Google "own" all the wallet because of their dominant position with the control of the mobile operating system. *June 8th 14h PT we are having Andrew Hughes joining us to continue a conversation begun at IIW.* During the Internet Identity Workshop several sessions were hosted about the mDL standard <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-ca1yERbU84zAiAPa3E29t0INJwpkJ4IBZClMJuNoP8/edit> with many people who participated in its development there. Andrew Hughes hosted a session at IIW that invited folks to share a "wish list" <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1EBbqcyYN3impzL7NtTVbUyl_VD3tfNVqww-K2I3Hhb4/edit>for the next generation of the mDL associated specifications - really around how they might be more compatible/aligned with our communities work. To support more then just those who attend contributing to this "wish list" we are hosting Andrew on June 8th to listen any and all community inputs. There is interest in turning some portion of the list into a simple formal document that companies can sign-on to to really publically signal what we want/need. So we will also discuss how this can happen. - Kaliya
