Thank you for this crisp distillation, Kristina. I agree that these are
desirable qualities that are necessary for SSI.

My concern is that they are not sufficient, because they don't allow
reciprocity. Although the user can prove things in a good way to the RP,
the RP doesn't play by the same rules. It puts us in a situation like
Orwell's *Animal Farm*: all of us are equal -- but some of us
(institutions) are more equal than others (people). That's not sovereignty;
it is a dangerous substitute for it.
