I'd avoid any Venn associating NFTs with either DID or VCs

NFTs are generally hotbeds of illicit activity:  unregistered securities
offerings, wash trades, laundering, market manipulation, rug pulls etc.

Any association of NFTs with DIDs/VCs (e.g. via Venn diagrams) will IMHO
likely make it much more controversial
