Decentralized Identifiers (DIDs) v1.0 becomes a W3C Recommendation

We did it folks!!! Victory!

DIDs are now a ratified W3C global standard!

With 40 supporting testimonials for the press release, IIUC, it's the most
supported release in W3C history. For comparison, HTML5 had 19 testimonials[1]. :)

Once again, the W3C Credentials CG makes history. :)
