CCG Co-chair Heather Vescent will go over the Work Item Process (
https://w3c-ccg.github.io/workitem-process/), which is the process through
which anyone can propose a work item. She will also give a brief tour of
the work item areas in the CCG repo and on the CCG site.

Then Manu Sporny will give an overview of the Verifiable Credentials
Refresh work item (https://github.com/w3c-ccg/community/issues/226) and we
will have a community discussion.

    b. We use IRC to queue speakers during the call as well as to take
