Potential fix for Chrome 97 audio issues in Jitsi

Hi all,

Some of you that connected to the new Jitsi via Chrome 97 had audio issues
(you couldn't hear the audio, or a variety of other terrible things).

We have found at least one of the culprits -- there are settings in your
browser's local storage from the previous version of Jitsi that are wrong
(such as whether you've given permission to hear audio and old, stale session
IDs, and configuration values for older versions of Chrome) that need to be
cleared.

Clearing local storage for meet.w3c-ccg.org should do it. If it doesn't,
clearing all site data for meet.w3c-ccg.org should do it.

We have confirmation that this has fixed the issue for at least Chrome 97 and
some versions of Firefox. We would be interested to hear if this fix works for
folks during next weeks calls.

Never underestimate the damage that a misplaced cookie can create. :)
