[Agenda] W3C Credentials CG Call Tues, Nov 2, 9am PT, 12pm ET, 4pm GMT, 5pm CET / 5AM+1 NZDT

TL;DR: Wyoming's approach to digital identity

** NOTE, European clocks change on Oct 31, 2021, and calls are one hour
earlier until the US time change Nov 7 **

NEXT MEETING:
Earlier this year, Wyoming passed the first legal definition for digital
identity (https://wyoleg.gov/Legislation/2021/SF0039) which defines digital
identity as "the intangible digital representation of, by and for a natural
person, over which he has principal authority and through which he
intentionally communicates or acts"

Christopher Allen shared this news in this Sept 16 thread (
https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-credentials/2021Sep/0083.html),
and a lot of us were curious as to what this practically meant.

Wyoming State Senator Chris Rothfuss, Clair Sullivan, Christopher Allen,
and Dazza Greenwood will join us and share an overview of Wyoming's
approach to digital identity.
