Link in Nov 26 VC API minutes not correct? [was: Re: [INFRASTRUCTURE] Minutes auto-emailing fixed

I've ended up confused. Not sure if it's just me, so I'll break it down:

1. On following the above link, I get the minutes for VC API telecon of Nov 26, i.e.:

2. On reading that, I tried to follow the discussion of the numbered steps in the High Level Architecture components by going to the diagram link provided. I.e.:

"Manu Sporny: Steps 3,4,5,6: makes it seem there are 2 ways to execute this flow (push and pull) - now it seems like just a pull flow..."

3. But that link -- https://legreq.github.io/vc-api/ -- doesn't seem to contain any diagram or description of numbered steps. There are only two diagrams, Figure 1 and 2, and neither seems to correspond to anything in the discussion (at least in terms of numbered steps). Nor can I find any numbered steps in the text. And Manu's isn't the only reference to numbered steps. So it seems I don't now have a link to the file that was being discussed?

4. I note that other people in the discussion complained they couldn't get diagrams. But I'm not sure if that's related to my problem now.
