Re: VC HTTP API specification structure

Heinz von Foerster spoke of The Ethical Imperative as "I always act so as
to increase the number of choices." http://www.cybsoc.org/heinz.htm An
ethical VC HTTP API will increase the number of choices of the Subject in
deliberate and specific ways.

I took Manu's lead (and some slides) to suggest how we might approach SSI
protocol design.
