I self-published an article on Medium which provides an update on 
Singapore's HealthCerts, a Verifiable Credential used to document an 
individual's fitness for travel. My conclusion: the government of 
Singapore hasn’t yet fully-embraced the decentralised capabilities of 
Verifiable Credentials.  Give a clap if you find it informative.  Happy 
to take questions.
