Of course a kiss can be represented as an NFT/VC.

...the same for piece of toast, a coyote pelt, the performance of a song, passages on a pair of clay tablets, a shopping center lease, an invoice, an email message, and/or a colt or calf.

Anything physical, digital, or virtual - real or imagined - that can be uniquely described digitally as a set of claims with text attributes, visual attributes, and/or audio attributes embedded in the credentialSubject of a VC can be represented as an NFT.
